	ByteSize links your computer to ours so you can see our screen and watch us work ByteSize is for when you just can’t see how to do something in Word, Excel etc but you really don’t want to spend a day on a training course.

ByteSize is currently being trialled. We need to get as much experience of this as possible, and so are offering free ByteSize sessions.

Q. Do I need to install any software?
A. Nothing at all, the system works through your web browser, it’s just like looking at a web site.

Q. Can you see my screen??
A. No, we cannot see your screen or access your computer. The system allows you to see our screen but that’s all

Q. What does it cost, and do I need to set up an account?
A. The standard cost is £15 per issue and you pay through PayPal using a Credit/Debit card. You do not need an account.

Q. Which version of Microsoft Office will I see?
A. We use ‘Virtual Machines’ that enable us to demonstrate on almost any version of Office

Q. I’m not happy with what I was shown. How do I get my money back?
A. You do not pay until the session has finished. If you are not happy, then you don’t pay. If we believe that what we provided was a reasonable solution to your problem we reserve the right to refuse further support.
